Blue adVantage Thrive (PPO) won't cover the parishes listed below in 2027. Members who live there are treated the same as members of a plan that's ending. You can choose a new plan during Annual Enrollment (October 15 – December 7, 2026). Because your plan is ending, you also get a Special Enrollment Period through February 28, 2027, and the right to buy certain Medigap policies with no health questions.
