Aetna Medicare Enhanced (PPO) will not exist in 2027. If you don't pick a new plan, you'll be moved to Original Medicare on January 1, 2027 with no drug coverage. You can choose a new plan during Annual Enrollment (October 15 – December 7, 2026). Because your plan is ending, you also get a Special Enrollment Period through February 28, 2027, and the right to buy certain Medigap policies with no health questions.
